Humanmaxxed

About

A site about staying human, built with the help of a machine.

Humanmaxxed is a small, evidence-graded publication about focus, sleep, movement, attention and the other things that get harder when more of life runs through a screen.

Who runs it

One person, writing as the editor. The editor doesn't use a real name here and doesn't plan to. The work is meant to stand on its sourcing and on whether the practices hold up when tried, not on a face or a credential.

The editor is not a doctor, a therapist or a coach. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If something has been going on for a while, talk to a doctor.

Where the machine comes in

AI does the legwork: it scans forums for the problems people keep asking about, reads the studies behind the popular claims, grades the evidence and writes a first draft. A human picks what's worth writing, tries the practice, edits every line and decides what ships.

That split is the point of the site, and it's described in full on How this site is made.

What this site is not

It isn't a biohacking site. There are no supplement stacks, no peptides, no research-use compounds and no plan to live to 150. Supplements that are sold over the counter get covered the way everything else does: with the evidence graded and the limits stated.

It isn't a productivity site either. Most of what works here is old, cheap and a little boring, and the site says so.

Money

There are no ads. If an article ever links to a product the site earns a commission on, that's disclosed at the top of the page, and it never changes the verdict. Articles that critique a product category carry no affiliate links at all.

Corrections and contact

If a claim is wrong or a source doesn't say what the article says it does, write to [email protected] or reply on X at @humanmaxxed. Corrections are noted on the article with the date.

One email a week. What held up, and what didn't.

The week's research, graded, plus what happened when the practice got tried. No hacks, no streaks.
